Ruel Peneyra
Short Bio:
An Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, College of Engineering, handling subjects at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He completed both his master's and baccalaureate degrees at Central Luzon State University. His research interests are in the fields of bioprocessing, agricultural machines, green energy technologies, biomass conversion, machine vision, instrumentation, and process control. He co-authored several papers published in local and international journals and various proceedings of technical conferences. He is also a practicing tech entrepreneur providing services in designing and fabricating agricultural machinery for specific purposes, drying and other processing equipment, small-scale hydroponics and aquaponics systems for protected and sustainable food production, and ram-pump driven irrigation systems, and special-purpose control equipment.
