Jophet Flores
Short Bio:
Jophet D. Flores is currently a faculty member of the Engineering Sciences Department, College of Engineering, Central Luzon State University teaching undergraduate courses in BS Meteorology program and BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering program. He is a graduate of BS in Agricultural Engineering at Central Philippines State University, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental and currently taking up MS in Meteorology at University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City. He is currently conducting a study regarding drought sensitivity assessment in the Philippines.
