Policarpio Bulanan
Short Bio:
Policarpio V. Bulanan is presently holding a Associate professor V position in the Engineering Sciences Department of Central Luzon State University. A graduate of bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering both from Nueva Ecija university of Science and Technology. In 2008, he obtained his Doctoral degree in Education major in vocational and Technological Education. In 1994, he represented the Philippines for the Group Training course in Electronics Engineering held in Polytechnic University of Japan under the Japan International Cooperation University. Serving the CLSU for more than 30 years in various capacities. from Instructor to associate professor, to trainer, inspector , technical consultant /inspector of University Infrastructure projects. His only publication was entitled ‘ Field Performance test of Photovoltaic solar Home System under CLSU Conditions”, which became the basis for solar home designers of PV systems as well.
