Abalos clinches top spot on PhotoCon 2023
Severino T. Abalos III, a student from BSCE 2-1, bagged 1st Place on Central Luzon Regional Development Plan (CLRDP) Photography Contest (PhotoCon) 2023 spearheaded by National Economic and Development Authority Regional Office III (NEDA III).
Abalos secured his spot in Category 2 (ages 15 to 24) of the competition with his photograph entitled "Lampara ng Pangarap", and received certificate, his framed photograph, and cash prize courtesy of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, during the First Quarter CY 2024 held on March 12, 2024, at NEDA 3, DMGC, San Fernando City, Pampanga.
